The Sure Immersion 312 features a vacuum extraction system with Air Infusion control, allowing precise customization of immersion time and extraction parameters for every beverage recipe. Equipped with three dedicated bean hoppers and two high-capacity powder hoppers, the machine dispenses fresh hot and iced filter-style coffee alongside café-style specialty drinks, hot chocolate, and solubles.
